Job Description

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and proposals to determine scope and cost.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and preconstruction leadership.
• Develop budgets, quantity takeoffs, and cost reports.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely bid submissions.
• Support valueengineering and costsaving opportunities.

• Experience estimating commercial construction.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High level of accountability, organization, and integrity.
• Preferably familiar with methodologies of top-tier commercial GCs.
