Duties Assist in handling securities class actions and stockholder derivative suits. Participate in M&A litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty and corporate control disputes. Engage in SEC and regulatory enforcement matters. Support accountants' and professional liability cases. Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in securities litigation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the California State Bar.
