Work Arrangement: On-site Monday – Thursday, 12:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

 

Role Overview

The Production Supervisor leads daily assembly operations by developing people, improving processes, and delivering safe, high-quality, on-time production. This role builds an engaged, accountable team while ensuring operational goals are met for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly operations to deliver safe, high-quality, one-time production.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
• Monitor production KPIs and performance.
• Collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.
• Four or more years of manufacturing experience.  
• Two or more years of manufacturing leadership experience 
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

$81,000/yr. - $95,000/yr.
