Mid-Tier Supervisor for ABA (Goodyear, AZ) Employer: LeafWing Center Location: Goodyear, AZ Job type: Part Time Category: Mid Tier Sup Experience level: Entry - Senior Salary type: annual Mid-Tier Supervisors work with teams of interventionists and directly with individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities in home, clinic, school and/or community setting. Mid-Tier Supervisors are responsible for assisting BCBAs with assessing clients, developing individualized treatment plans, based on Applied Behavior Analysis, supervising implementation of programs, and overseeing the work of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. Our organization is recognized for aiding families and autistic children using research based on Applied Behavior Analysis. Most of us are Board Certified Behavior Analysts and therapists, and all of us are committed to helping children and families. At present, we are a California Department of Education Non-public Agency, which allows us to provide services for children with autism in the public school setting. We are also vendored with several of the regional centers in California so we can provide home and community based services as well. Our main offices are in Sherman Oaks, Palm Desert, Apple Valley, and Orange, CA. Key Responsibilities Assist BCBAs with data collection, assessments, and reassessments Assist BCBAs with developing individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment data Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed Train staff and provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, progress reports, and supervision logs Ensure treatment integrity and compliance with ethical and professional standards Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings Complete supervised experience hours to work towards BCBA eligibility Requirements Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (required) Pursuing certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (required) Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavior intervention strategies (required) Previous experience working in ABA or with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) Benefits Paid training, professional development, and certification support Health Insurance (Dental, Vision, Medical) Retirement plan Flexible schedule LeafWing Center
