Per Diem Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist - Lowell, Arkansas

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An immediate opening is available for a Staff Pharmacist specializing in sterile compounding with a focus on home infusion. This per diem position offers Monday through Friday hours, from 8 AM to 5 PM, and runs until 7/24/2026. The role is based in Lowell, AR, and requires an urgent start following completion of compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform sterile compounding duties with adherence to regulatory standards.
Support various pharmacy functions if sterile compounding experience is limited.
Engage in training and mentorship of retail pharmacists in sterile compounding procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Active and clear Arkansas pharmacist license.
Minimum of one year of recent pharmacy experience.
Preference for candidates with foundational knowledge or experience in IV or sterile compounding.
Willingness and ability to train retail pharmacists.
Availability to begin promptly after compliance requirements are fulfilled.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
