National Account Sales Associate Convenience Channel

Position Summary This position is responsible for driving distribution growth, increasing sales, and improving profitability across national and regional convenience store accounts. The role leads customer-specific business planning, manages broker partners, and collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to execute data-driven strategies that strengthen brand presence and category performance in a highly competitive immediate consumption market. Responsibilities Manage national and regional convenience store accounts Lead and oversee broker partners to ensure execution excellence Develop and execute customer‑specific sales and promotional plans Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and risks Manage trade promotions, contracts, and commercial terms Forecast demand and coordinate inventory planning Partner with marketing, category management, and supply chain teams Travel domestically on a frequent basis and attend trade shows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods Experience working with distributors and broker networks Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Salary USD $70,000-90,000 Location Irvine, CA Working Style Hybrid - 1 day in the office Working Hours Mon‑Fri 8:00am–5:00pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
