7136 - Duarte - 1131 Central Ave, Duarte, California, 91010 Position Overview As an Inventory Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience at CarMax. This role involves logging and tracking vehicle deliveries, moving vehicles across the lot, maintaining a clean environment, and performing vehicle reconditioning tasks. Role Responsibilities Accurately log and track vehicle deliveries and inventory to maintain operational efficiency. Move and position vehicles across the lot to ensure easy customer access and viewing. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects CarMax’s commitment to excellence. Perform vehicle reconditioning tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and detailing to meet customer expectations. Collaborate with a skilled team to learn best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Required Qualifications High level of motivation and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative culture. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and adapt to changing environments. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Comfort working in outdoor settings, including noisy or inclement weather conditions. Hourly Rate $18.20 - $29.30 Benefits Earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year (accrued per pay period). Earn mandatory paid scheduled holidays (6 paid, plus 1 floating holiday).
