Inventory Clerk (JN -082026-427836) Pasadena, California Salary: USD18 - USD21 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to support daily inventory control and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, analytical, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process inventory transactions, including receiving, transfers, adjustments, and shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP, warehouse management, or inventory tracking systems. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and shipping teams regarding inventory needs and stock availability. Assist with order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and receiving activities as needed. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Perform other inventory and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred. Experience with inventory management software, ERP systems, or warehouse management systems. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
