Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Pulse Staffing is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Bilingual Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team.

Job Requirements

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing venipunctures and blood draws safely and accurately
• Collecting, labeling, processing, and handling specimens according to laboratory requirements
• Ensuring patients are comfortable and informed throughout the collection process
• Entering patient and specimen information accurately into computer and laboratory systems
• Following established laboratory, safety, infection control, and specimen handling procedures
• Maintaining accurate patient and testing records
• Organizing workflow and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Communicating professionally with patients, physicians, family members, visitors, and healthcare staff
• Recognizing collection or specimen issues and taking appropriate corrective action
• Working independently while also contributing effectively to a team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience
• Minimum of 1 year of neurology experience
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Experience with data entry and specimen handling
• Preferred experience in pediatric phlebotomy
• Demonstrated strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in working with laboratory and healthcare information systems
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
