Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to help create unforgettable events? We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Catering team and ensure seamless execution of small events and group bookings. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the go-to person for both our clients and Sales Managers, making sure every detail is covered, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups. Your Role: As the Sales Coordinator, you’ll assist the team by handling administrative tasks, qualifying leads, and ensuring client satisfaction. Some of your key responsibilities include: Manage the organization of sales files, client inquiries, and leads. Handle incoming inquiry calls and ensure they are addressed professionally and promptly. Assist with preparing sales contracts, banquet event orders, and client communication, keeping everything accurate and up to date. Coordinate small meetings and groups, ensuring all logistics, rooming lists, and guarantees are taken care of. Actively call on clients, build a pipeline, and generate new leads for the hotel’s catering services Oversee meetings and events to ensure guest satisfaction and process final billing. Help with creative projects, including invitations, special events, and promotions. Provide support for site inspections and client visits, ensuring all arrangements are handled professionally. Assist in maintaining supplies and promotional materials for the sales team. Occasionally assist with hotel operations during high-demand times or staffing shortages. Other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of sales or administrative experience in hospitality preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is a plus. Must be proficient with Windows operating systems. Familiarity with sales software is preferred.
