Job Title: Support Specialist Address: El Paso, TX Job Description Manage supplier relations on a tactical level to confirm purchase orders and follow up on past due/back orders. Utilize reporting tools to prioritize and document actions. Document incoming purchase order confirmations in group mailbox. Reach out to suppliers who do not provide confirmations. Assist with back order follow up for root cause and get-well information. Manage discrepancies with planner regarding pricing and unit of measure. Provide backup support when a planner or buyer is absent. Critical Information Remote work is available. Education/Licenses Needed Verify with a Recruiter or Staffing Manager!
