Hospice Registered Nurse, RN

Provide end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Staunton, IL area Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life Perform comprehensive patient assessments Manage symptoms and pain Develop individualized end-of-life care plans Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey Think critically and solve problems in real time Maintain thorough, compliant EMR documentation Work independently while traveling to patient homes within the assigned territory Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work Two years of RN experience Clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care Hospice experience preferred Current driver’s license Ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to and from patient locations Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment Legally authorized to work in the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing compassionate, patient-centered hospice care, including comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care plans.
