Position Overview:

The HR Generalist serves as a strategic and operational partner to site leadership, supporting employee relations, workforce planning, onboarding, and compliance across assigned locations while aligning with ServiceMaster and client standards. Acting as a liaison between employees, leadership, and corporate HR, this role manages employee lifecycle processes, supports performance management, and promotes a compliant, productive work environment. This hybrid position combines HR partnership with hands-on administrative responsibilities and requires a strong on-site presence to support onboarding, engagement, and daily operations.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write; bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Ability to work in varying environments, including exposure to noise, heat, and cold
• Experience in administration, HR, or compliance (facilities or industrial settings preferred)
• Proficiency in verifying government-issued identification and detecting discrepancies or fraud
• Strong organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR systems (e.g., WinTeam or similar)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital recordkeeping systems (e.g., WinTeam or similar).
