Our Advanced Engineering (AE) team brings together multidisciplinary experts to deliver asset integrity management solutions, including advanced fitness‑for‑service (FFS) software. As a Marketing and Quality Assurance Specialist – Advanced Engineering, you sit at the intersection of marketing, systems, and quality. You develop technical marketing materials for consulting engineering services and software solutions while supporting industry events, case studies, and external communications. You also manage document control processes, ensure quality compliance, and support technical writing and editing activities. You collaborate with engineering leaders, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and impactful content and processes. Marketing Responsibilities Driving marketing strategies for Advanced Engineering services and software aligned with business objectives. Partnering with team leaders and SMEs to develop high‑quality marketing materials and value‑driven messaging. Editing and co‑writing technical content including white papers, abstracts, newsletters, and case studies. Reviewing marketing communications and social media content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality. Supporting development and execution of industry symposiums, client events, and conferences. Co‑ordinating with global and regional marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives. Quality Assurance Responsibilities Onboarding and training users on document control processes and quality compliance standards. Managing and improving document workflows, metadata accuracy, and audit readiness processes. Ensuring deliverables meet quality requirements, including reviews, approvals, version control, and archiving. Preparing and reviewing documents for external submission, ensuring formatting and quality compliance. Collaborating with global quality teams to maintain templates, procedures, and workflows. Qualifications Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business administration, communications, or related field (preferred). Have 3–10 years of experience in technical marketing, preferably within engineering consulting or industrial software. Have experience marketing or supporting engineering software solutions and consulting services. Have demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional marketing initiatives. Have the ability to translate complex engineering solutions into clear, compelling marketing content. Have experience managing document workflows, metadata, and compliance processes. Have strong technical editing skills and excellent command of the English language. Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Have strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Have strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Compensation The annual pay scale for this position is between $87,870 and $170,670. Candidates for this role must be located in or near the specified locations. The pay range reflects the projected hiring range for new hires in applicable U.S. locations and does not include equity or benefits. Salary will vary based on geographic location, skill set, qualifications, internal alignment, level of experience, and performance.
