Based in Fremont, Ohio, our organization specializes in decorating aluminum cans for small and mid-sized beverage brands nationwide. In this role, you will support the Lead Digital Print Operator in ensuring smooth production and top-quality products. Your responsibilities include monitoring print quality, assisting with equipment operation and troubleshooting, and safely managing materials using a forklift.

Required Skills:

• Minimum two years' manufacturing or industrial experience
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operation and maintenance
• Forklift operation experience; current certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and team collaboration
• Willingness to learn and adapt to diverse tasks

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience with digital printing or can decorating processes
• Basic mechanical repair skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant manufacturing or industrial background

Other Requirements:

• Ability to operate a forklift safely
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
