Principal Hardware Engineer

Seeking an experienced Principal Hardware Engineer, the full-time position will focus on system and board-level design of RF subcircuits for Wi-Fi access points, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing design validation processes in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Design and bring up Wi-Fi AP products and accessories Debug, validate, and evaluate new hardware solutions and outsourced project designs Generate necessary documentation for design processes, including test plans and compliance testing support Required qualifications: BSEE with 5+ years of experience in high-speed digital hardware design Proficient in hardware design aspects including schematics capture and PCB layout Experience with common interfaces such as PCIe, DDR4, and USB Strong knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity for high-speed designs Familiarity with design for compliance testing and lab equipment usage
