Special Finance Manager

Hyundai of Trenton is seeking to add an experienced and motivated Special Finance Manager to our winning team. This is a new position we are adding to the sales team as our volume of both new and used car sales continues to increase. Applicants must have relevant industry experience in a management position selling both new and used vehicles and have experience working with special-finance lenders. We have a large and growing used car inventory (175+ in stock) and access to all of the best lenders.

Position Summary:

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager sells used and new car buyers financing and insurance programs. F&I managers also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates and programs to buyers. F&I managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards of the dealership. Must maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

• Two years of automotive sales experience
• One year in a dealership management position.
• Prior experience in an Automotive Finance Manager position is required.
• Strong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees, and finance and insurance vendors.
• A college degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred.
• A strong background in business, mathematics, marketing, and computers is also very useful.
• Dealership management: 1 year (Required)

• Driver's License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
