Key Responsibilities of Finance Coordinator:
- Prepare and submit monthly project billings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract terms
- Track billing status, maintain logs, and follow up on approvals to keep cash flow moving
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and support collections efforts on outstanding invoices
- Partner with project managers and internal teams to gather documentation and resolve discrepancies
- Serve as a key liaison between finance, operations, and clients on billing and payment matters
Qualifications of Finance Coordinator:
- 3–5 years of experience in billing, project accounting, or construction finance
- Experience with Sage 300 and strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
