This is a full-time hybrid opportunity, Monday through Friday, with in-office collaboration required on Mondays and Fridays.

At this time, we are only considering candidates who live within a 30-mile radius of San Jose, CA, and are holding either a US passport, a green card, or an immigrant visa.

$118,500+ annually at plan commission

• Build trusted advisory relationships that support clients in achieving financial security and long-term success
• Create and execute comprehensive financial strategies across risk management, retirement planning, investments, and wealth preservation
• Assess clients’ financial situations to develop clear, goal-oriented plans
• Guide and educate clients to make informed and confident financial decisions
• Continuously refine strategies to align with changing market conditions and life events
• Uphold strict compliance standards while providing exceptional client service
• Expand business through referrals, strong relationships, and community engagement
• Commit to ongoing professional development to deepen expertise and improve client outcomes

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or other languages

• Authorized to work in the United States with a valid U.S. passport, green card, or immigrant EAD (OPT/F-1 visa holders are not eligible)
