People Operations Lead: Payroll & Benefits

goodr is seeking a People Operations Manager (Payroll & Benefits) to own our payroll and benefits landscape. You’ll manage end-to-end payroll in ADP, redesign benefits programs, and evaluate future payroll platforms, while optimizing People Operations systems to support our growth. In this role, you’ll lead payroll accuracy, benefits education, and compliance across multi-state operations. This is a high-autonomy, data-driven position reporting to the SVP of People, with hybrid in-person #J-18808-Ljbffr goodr
