Admission Liaison Senior

As an Admission Liaison Senior at Encompass Health, you will build and manage referral relationships, evaluate patients for inpatient rehab admission, and guide families through the referral and intake process. You’ll collaborate with physicians, case managers, and an interdisciplinary team to determine clinical appropriateness, coordinate smooth transitions of care, and support census growth. This senior role also mentors junior liaisons, analyzes referral trends, and represents Encompass Health in community and professional outreach to advance access to post-acute rehabilitation services.
