Admission Liaison Senior
Encompass Health
As an Admission Liaison Senior at Encompass Health, you will serve as the key connection between referral sources, patients, and our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You’ll conduct pre-admission assessments, evaluate clinical and financial eligibility, and coordinate smooth, timely transitions from acute care or community settings into rehab. Partnering closely with physicians, case managers, and an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families on rehabilitation options while building and managing referral relationships. In this senior role, you’ll mentor peers, support market growth strategies, and contribute to process improvement and quality outcomes.
