Entry Level Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

We are staffing for law firm focusing on personal injury and is currently seeking to add a full-time entry level associate. They represent individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-fall / trip-and-fall accidents.

No experience is necessary. They are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drafting, reviewing, and editing pleadings, motions, discovery responses and other correspondence
• Appearances at court conferences

Our ideal candidate:

• Has JD from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice law in New York State (or pending admission)
• Prior office experience
• Must be aggressive, results-oriented and have high attention to detail
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong oral argument skills, negotiation, detail oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive skills
