Assistant Manager

Position Overview Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a growth role designed to develop future leaders and support the General Manager in running the store. The role focuses on developing strategic thinking, driving sales, and fostering a positive team environment. Core Responsibilities Demonstrate exemplary behavior as a Team Member and Shift Leader. Execute administrative tasks and improve processes to support business success. Enforce cash handling policies and manage store funds during shifts. Place, receive, and verify orders; conduct inventory; control waste and rotation. Think holistically about store performance, planning beyond the current shift. Maintain a competitive drive to reach and surpass goals. Required Skills and Qualifications 1–3 years of restaurant or retail experience with strong customer service commitment. Availability for early mornings, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends. Minimum age 18. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. At least one year of supervisory experience. Physical Requirements The position requires hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for 4 to 8 hours. The duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations. Compensation $16.52 – $27.53 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Range reflects what the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position.
