Hospital Medical Leader or Associate Veterinarian

We are hiring a Hospital Medical Leader or Associate Veterinarian (part‑time opportunities available). Responsibilities Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency and exceptional care quality. Drive continuous improvement in clinical skills and cultivate a supportive, respectful and collaborative work culture. Operate independently with autonomy in medicine while utilizing experience and skills. Build relationships with pet parents, demonstrating respect and empathy. Utilize high‑end veterinary equipment and technology to deliver routine, diagnostic, and complex procedures including radiographs, ultrasounds, dental extractions, spays, neuters, abdominal explorations and mass removals. Participate in paid continued education and leadership training to grow as a practitioner and a leader. Collaborate with licensed veterinary technicians and assistants, and receive flexible scheduling support. Qualifications Licensed veterinarian with degree and license. Experience in a veterinary hospital setting preferred. Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
