You bring sensitivity and steadiness to more vulnerable or sentimental moments, helping customers feel safe, supported, and empowered Shine as a leader on the shop floor , sharing your tattooing expertise and passion with both customers and your team, inspiring trust and elevating the energy around you Champion safety and excellence , taking full ownership of the cleanliness and hygiene of your studio , while proactively managing and maintaining tattooing supplies to the highest standard What you'll need to thrive: You have at least 2 years experience tattooing in a studio and are looking to take the next step in your journey A values champion and brand ambassador, our values resonate deeply with you You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have You’re able to stay grounded during more difficult and sensitive interactions, always leading with empathy The Interview Process and Candidate Experience Values Interview: A 30 min video call with our Talent Team to get to know you better, learning more about your journey, what motivates you and how you like to work. In-Store Technical Interview - you'll meet our Tattoo Mentor for a Studio Set-Up & fake skin tattoo, alongside your Store Manager who will chat through your experience, skill-set and what you're looking for in your next role.
