Step into an impactful contract opportunity for the 26/27 school year as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist serving an elementary caseload. Your expertise will help shape student success through direct support and collaborative engagement. With 35 hours each week dedicated to in-person service, you’ll play an integral role in fostering communication skills and advocating for children.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license required
• DOE certification (Department of Education for Indiana) required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse students, staff, and parents
• Organized, flexible, and committed to student-centered practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students, addressing their unique communication needs
• Conduct evaluations, testing, and ongoing assessment of students’ speech and language abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing updates and collaborating on service planning
• Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to promote optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
