Make a difference in the lives of students as a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to work directly with elementary-aged students, helping them reach their communication goals and supporting their educational journey.

You'll work 35 hours per week, dedicating your time to both direct therapy and collaborative support within a dynamic educational environment. Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid Indiana SLP license and DOE certification required
• SLP-CCC and previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to administer assessments and conduct therapy for elementary-aged students
• Solid understanding of the IEP process and experience participating in meetings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary school students
• Evaluate and assess communication needs, develop appropriate goals
• Conduct and interpret speech-language screenings and formal assessments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to creating effective plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
