Job Opportunity – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – South Carolina

Start Date: September 14, 2027
Location: South Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36-40 hours per week; 3×12 or 4×10 shifts available; must be available to work every week, 4 weeks per month

Highlights:

• 13-week contract with preference for 6-month extension
• Work in a large, well-supported department of 70 CRNAs and 15 anesthesiologists under a Medical Direction Care Team model
• Level III Trauma Center with 31 operating rooms and 9 non-OR anesthesia sites including IR, Cath Lab, EP, MRI, and endoscopy
• Diverse case mix: general surgery, GYN, orthopedics, urology, and vascular procedures; adult and geriatric patient population
• Epic EMR system (highly preferred); modern equipment including Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, and Draeger anesthesia machines
• Rotation to one ambulatory surgery center up to 1-2 times per week; approximately 150 anesthetics performed daily across all sites

Requirements:

• Active CRNA certification required
• Current state license or Compact license accepted
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of CRNA experience required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions)
• No regional or block skills required
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
