3rd Shift Custodial Supervisor – Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay: $23.50 – $25.50 per hour
Full-Time | 3rd Shift | In Person

Smith Maintenance Company is looking for an experienced 3rd Shift Custodial Supervisor to lead and support our overnight cleaning team.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish – REQUIRED
• Previous experience supervising a custodial or janitorial team
• Commercial cleaning experience
• Strong knowledge of floor care, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning
• Ability to train, direct, and motivate employees
• Reliable and able to work overnight hours
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently and resolve routine issues during the shift

Responsibilities

• Supervise the 3rd shift custodial team
• Assign daily cleaning duties and monitor employee performance
• Inspect work to ensure company cleaning standards are met
• Make sure restrooms, floors, common areas, and other assigned areas are properly cleaned
• Oversee floor care and carpet cleaning
• Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety
• Track attendance, completed work, supplies, and maintenance issues
• Report any problems or building maintenance needs to management
• Communicate with employees and management in English and Spanish

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, organized, and comfortable leading a custodial team . The supervisor should be willing to work alongside employees when needed and make sure the entire shift runs smoothly.

Experience supervising a commercial cleaning team is required.
