Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible work setting through a remote telehealth platform, allowing you to provide care to clients without the constraints of traditional office space. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, utilizing secure video conferencing tools that ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Our virtual environment supports an integrated approach to mental health care, allowing collaboration with other professionals as needed to enhance client services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders, partner with clients to recognize their struggles, and apply appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic techniques specific to their individual needs.

Clients range from individuals seeking personal growth to couples navigating relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active LMFT licensure in the state of California with a clean professional record and no history of disciplinary action.

• Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic modalities and proven techniques for addressing various mental health and relational challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
