Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, employing various modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship breakdown, and grief.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that honor each client's unique journey, goals, and cultural background.

• Utilize established therapeutic techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to empower clients towards self-discovery and fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a high standard of care.

• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of therapy and facilitate comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Provide clients with useful resources and strategies outside of therapy sessions, equipping them with tools to navigate daily challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
