Assistant Property Manager – LIHTC BG Staffing | Apartment Community BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager with LIHTC experience to support a stable apartment community. Position Details Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday Either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Saturday hours: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour Work Week: 40 hours/week Industry: Multifamily / Affordable Housing Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day apartment operations Support leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions Process applications, certifications, and recertifications in compliance with LIHTC regulations Maintain accurate resident and property records Deliver excellent customer service while supporting a positive community environment Qualifications Prior Assistant Property Manager experience in an apartment community LIQT experience required Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage priorities in a professional and efficient manner Why BG Staffing?
