Mobile Case Manager: Help Homeless Families Rebuild Hope

Metropolitan Ministries, Inc. is seeking a NeighborHOPE Case Manager to provide mobile case management services, assess needs, coach clients on case plans, and coordinate services with community providers in the assigned county. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services and at least two years of related experience; Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
