Electrical Panel Assembler

Location: Auburn Hills, MI 48326

Pay: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Assembler to join our growing team in Auburn Hills, MI. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in electrical assembly and manufacturing. We are hiring immediately with onsite interviews and a quick start once onboarding is complete.

Responsibilities

Review build sheets and assembly documentation.
Assemble electrical panels, backplates, and enclosures according to specifications.
Install electrical components, controllers, relays, terminal blocks, and other devices per engineering documentation.
Wire electrical components using the appropriate wire colors, gauges, ferrules, cables, tags, and identification according to electrical prints.
Maintain high quality standards while following company procedures and safety regulations.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
Assist coworkers and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical or vocational training is a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly documentation.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Manufacturing or electrical assembly experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

Summer Hours (Through September 5)

Monday - Friday
6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Regular Schedule

Monday - Thursday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Friday
6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay & Benefits

$20.00 per hour
