Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Cath Lab Technician with Cardiac Catheterization Experience to join a fast-paced, acute care setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills in cath lab procedures and adapt seamlessly to floating across multiple hospital locations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedure efficiency.
• Operate and troubleshoot cath lab equipment, maintaining compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interventional teams to deliver high-quality patient care throughout procedures.
• Adhere to certification requirements, including RCIS, ACLS, and BLS, and maintain current licenses.
• Float within scope to support various facilities, including ensuring coverage across sister hospitals.
• Follow infection control policies, including nicotine-free policies and completing required modules before shifts.

Qualifications:

• Hold current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT or RCIS preferred).
• Possess at least 18 months of experience in a cath lab environment; 2 years preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EP and cath lab procedures with strong technical skills.
• Be willing to float across multiple facilities within a 20-mile radius.
• Successfully complete orientation modules including EKG and pharmacy tests.
• Be nicotine-free and compliant with drug screening policies.
