8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Weekdays No work on Paid Holidays $20/Hr Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to serve our customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Our primary goal is to provide the best possible customer service experience by delivering 100% accuracy on order entry and maintaining superior customer service skills. Assist with placement of orders, credits, or exchanges Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, SMS, logging on internal CRM where appropriate Open customer accounts by recording account information, including ecommerce Maintain customer records by updating account information Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Have excellent knowledge of vendor, products, and promotional offerings Work directly with assigned consultants to provide the best service to customers Act as company gatekeeper, transferring to appropriate office staff when necessary Meet personal/team sales targets Qualifications Proven customer service and retail experience Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook Excellent knowledge and fluency in the English language, written and verbal Excellent knowledge and fluency in the Spanish language, written and verbal, a plus Pleasant phone voice and active listening skills Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to operate office equipment sufficiently to perform the job (i.e. copy machine, printer, etc) High school degree or equivalent Company Culture We believe that mental health is health, and every person should be considered in the discussion.
