Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: Regular 10; 24; Weekend; On Call | Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00
Our organization is in search of a Hematology - Oncology Physician to provide locum tenens support as we address an immediate need.
Opportunity Details- Schedule: Full-time coverage; 4x10-hour shifts per week, Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Practice Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient environments.
- Case Types and Procedures: 100% adult cases; Hematology (30%) and Oncology (70%).
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days; coverage is set to begin in October, with the possibility of an earlier start if privileges are granted sooner.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Not specified.
- Certifications Required: Drug Enforcement Administration License is mandatory.
- Licensure Required: Active Washington license or Active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC); Board Certification is essential.
