Air Export Agent

This hybrid role is essential in overseeing international air export shipments from initial booking to final delivery, ensuring full compliance with U.S. and global regulations. The ideal candidate brings in-depth expertise in air export operations, outstanding customer service abilities, and the capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment. Competitive salary up to $65,000 (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage international air export shipments from start to finish Prepare and review export documentation including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and SLI Ensure compliance with TSA, CBP, IATA, and other regulatory requirements File AES/EEI through ACE in accordance with U.S. export regulations Arrange bookings with airlines and negotiate rates when applicable Communicate shipment details and updates to customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues Ensure accurate billing and cost control Maintain accurate shipment records in the company’s operating system Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional service Qualifications 2+ years of experience in air export freight forwarding Strong knowledge of air export documentation and compliance requirements Experience with AES filing (ACE system) Familiarity with IATA regulations and TSA compliance Proficiency in freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
