We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and caring childcare director to join our leadership team! This position will work alongside another Director, sharing responsibilities to ensure the smooth daily operation of our childcare center while providing a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations and classroom activities.
• Supervise, support, and mentor teaching staff.
• Manage staff scheduling and classroom coverage.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and safety requirements.
• Support curriculum development and educational programming.
• Build positive relationships with families and address parent concerns.
• Assist with enrollment, tours, and administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
• Help oversee center organization, supplies, and facility needs.
• Collaborate with the other Director on staffing, planning, problem-solving, and overall center management.

Qualifications

• Must meet state childcare Director qualification requirements.
• Experience in early childhood education and childcare leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and support a team in a positive, professional manner.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing regulations.
• Dependable, flexible, and passionate about working with children and families.
