REPORTS TO: PRINCIPAL
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for collecting after school fees. Responsible for making bank deposits. Responsible for updating ASP Director of overdue balances and account status. Responsible for balancing the financial books. Responsible for communicating student record account balances to parents and Director. Responsible for attending and participating in ASP staff meetings and required training Responsible for following safety and emergeny procedures. Responsible for notifying the Director of Principal emergencies.
