We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic Primary Care Physician to become part of our expanding integrated care network. • Guaranteed annual salary: Ranges from $261,000 to $333,000
• Compensation structure: Not based on productivity or wRVU
• Malpractice coverage: FTCA, GAP, and Tail coverage provided at no cost

• Flexible schedule: Weekdays only, with no weekends or holidays
• Patient contact hours: 30 hours with an additional 10 hours for administrative tasks
• No on-call duties: No after-hours responsibilities
• Supportive Urgent Care team: Strong collegial cross-coverage
• Average patient volume: Only 12-14 patients per day
• Patient panel size: Capped at approximately 1,200 patients per provider
• Robust clinical support: Includes RNs, dedicated Medical Assistants, case managers, referral coordinators, and dietitians
• Advanced EMR system: Utilizes EPIC with Dragon and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Integrated services: On-site Pharmacy, Laboratory, Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Perinatal Care, and Dental services
• Collaborative team: Comprising 20 Physicians and over 40 Advanced Practice Providers
• Mentorship opportunities: Available for long-term career development
