Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $328,000 - $365,000/year

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across outpatient and hospital settings
• Participate in a balanced 50/50 OB/GYN split between clinics and hospital
• Manage approximately 20 patients daily, ensuring high-quality, personalized care
• Support surgical procedures utilizing 2 daVinci XI robotic systems
• Participate in on-call rotation (1:5), with call coverage primarily by certified nurse midwives
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with a seasoned team of six physicians and four certified nurse midwives
• Contribute to patient education, safety, and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

Required:

• Board Eligible or Certified OB/GYN license in Colorado
• Enthusiasm for full-time, patient-centered care
• Focused on delivering excellent clinical outcomes

Preferred:

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery
• Prior work in hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
