Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $328,000 - $365,000/year (equivalent)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to a diverse patient population
• Join a team of experienced physicians and certified nurse midwives
• Manage a typical caseload of approximately 20 patients daily
• Participate in a 1:5 call schedule with CNMs handling most nights
• Using Epic EMR, document patient encounters and procedures accurately
• Access and operate advanced surgical technologies, including two daVinci XI robots
• Support outpatient clinics across Pueblo, CO, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment
• Focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a Level III trauma center setting

What You Need

Required:

• Active Colorado medical license or eligibility
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high standards of patient care

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a similar hospital setting
• Comfortable working with advanced surgical technology
• Enthusiastic team player with a focus on community health
