Unit Information: L&D Location: Good Samaritan Hospital Address: San Jose, CA Floor: 2nd Floor
General Information: Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 10 Number of Staff - 120 Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Charge Nurse, Unit Clerk, Scrub Tech, RNs based on patient census Night Shift same as above Patient Ratios per CA Title 22 Type of equipment - EMR - Meditech/CPN
