Echo Ultrasound Tech - Cardiac Sonographer

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedure, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• ARDMS RDCS-PE (Pediatric Echocardiography) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pediatric echocardiographer/sonographer, with demonstrated ability to work independently.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience uploading Holter and ambulatory blood pressure device data required.
• Experience in outpatient pediatric settings with coverage responsibilities for inpatient units, emergency department, and NICU preferred.
• Fetal echocardiography experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic Hyperspace, including Cadence scheduling, preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0700-1400; schedule includes 32 hours per week across four days: two 10-hour days (7:00am-5:30pm) and two 6-hour days (7:30am-2:00pm).
• Work Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Department with coverage responsibilities for inpatient, ED, and NICU as needed.
• Average Patient Ratio: Approximately 10 patients per shift.
