Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Big Block Realty Inc. is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting buyer and seller consultations, and representing clients in residential real estate transactions from listing to closing. The agent will prepare and present comparative market analyses, coordinate showings and open houses, negotiate offers and contracts, and guide clients through inspections, appraisals, and contingencies. The role also involves maintaining accurate transaction records, leveraging company-provided tools and systems for marketing and lead generation, and collaborating with team members for coaching and best practices. Agents are expected to uphold high standards of client service, adhere to all real estate laws and ethical guidelines, and actively participate in ongoing training and team meetings. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in the state of California, with a solid understanding of Real Property laws and regulations. Experience in Real Estate transactions, including listing, buying, and contract negotiation, with strong market knowledge of the San Diego area. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing, with a goal-oriented and results-driven approach. Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and provide an exceptional client experience. Comfort using real estate CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and online platforms to manage leads and promote listings. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person client work with remote tasks.
