Overseas Distribution Intern-North America

Routine Form Updates & Data Organization Assist in updating North America price quotations for Judydoll & COLORROSE, including 69-code, SKU Chinese/English names, version (overseas/domestic), images, pack specifications, case specifications, gram weight, net content, MSRP (DTC site). Assist in updating Judydoll’s distributor & dealer price lists (supply price & MSRP) – by country, by customer, by SKU. Assist in sales data requests and organization – global/China/US, SPU sales by shade and sales mix for customer assortment reference. Assist in integrating customer sales database – consolidate data by month, by door, by SPU, by SKU. Customer Request Management Orders: Confirm orders and daily tasks – check consistency of 69‑code, SKU Chinese/English names, gram weight, case specifications, pack specifications. Labels: Coordinate with Canadian clients for bilingual English‑French labels (French translation); manage label production for Canada & U.S. and liaise with warehouses. Order documentation follow‑up: Prepare and coordinate invoices, shipping documents for key accounts. Warehouse coordination: Understand Shanghai warehouse & GoodCang warehouse shipping processes, case specifications, carton dimensions, gross/net weight confirmation. Import qualifications: Match MOCRA / FEI number / FDA by SKU, provide screenshots or codes, MSDS, COA, ocean guarantee letter, air guarantee letter confirmation. After‑sales: Collect product quality issues, coordinate with Quality Department and Development Department. Sample & promotional material shipping: Domestic/U.S. – Hailong & GoodCang, tracking number follow‑up. Supply chain & freight forwarder & warehouse coordination: For PR kits and giveaways, coordinate directly with supply chain, warehouse, and freight forwarder, prepare customs declaration documents. Brand assets collection: Gather product lifestyle images, white background images, model images, shade images as requested by customers; organize them into cloud drive. US Offline Events Product shipment from GoodCang and prepare shipping list, place orders at GoodCang. Ship promotional materials. Material design coordination with graphic designers, sample confirmation, and sample shipment to the U.S. Others: Follow up with various departments for approvals (due to time zone differences). #J-18808-Ljbffr JOY GROUP 橘宜集团
