About the Position

Locum Hospitalist Physician (MD/DO)

Location: Virginia

Start Date: January 2027 (per Order)

Schedule: Full-time need of 14 shifts per month; minimum 7 shifts per month accepted (per Order)

EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (per Order)
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (per Order)
• Active, unrestricted Virginia medical license (per Order)
• Active DEA registration with a Virginia address (per Order)
• ACLS required (per Order)
• Minimum 2 years of current clinical experience (per Order)
• Case logs for the previous 2 years required (per Order)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years required; 5 years preferred
