About the Position

Anesthesiologist

Location: Virginia

Schedule: Night float (in house)

Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Openings: 2

Position Overview

• Provide anesthesia services including pre anesthesia evaluation, intraoperative management, and post anesthesia care.
• Work in a collaborative care team and supervise CRNAs as applicable.
• Document in the electronic medical record (Epic).

Clinical Scope

• Case types include general, obstetrics, neurosurgery, and orthopedics.
• Overtime may be required based on case volume.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO.
• Board certified in Anesthesiology.
• Active Virginia medical license (candidates must already be licensed in the state).
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
