About the Position

CRNA

Location: Virginia
Schedule: 8 hour day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Regular hours preferred. No call. No overtime.

Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage in an ambulatory surgery center setting. This role includes a mix of healthy pediatric and adult cases, primarily ASA 1 to 2, as outlined in the order details.

Clinical Scope

• Cases include general surgery and pediatrics, with additional urology and gynecology cases as outlined in the order details
• Patient acuity is primarily ASA 1 to 2
• Operating rooms: 3 anesthesia rooms
• EMR: Epic
• Independent coverage model as outlined in the order details

Required Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Virginia license, or eligibility to obtain a Virginia license as outlined in the order details
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Additional Requirements

• Provider must reside more than 60 miles from the worksite

Credentialing

• Estimated privileging timeframe is approximately 90 days
